Section 7(5)

Maximum five hours of coaching per day, not too early or too late

What the Bill says

Classes must not be excessive for a student — not more than five hours in a day — and coaching hours should be neither too early in the morning nor too late in the evening.

Why it matters

"Too early" and "too late" are undefined. The five-hour cap is also silent on whether it counts per student or per centre, and on test days and revision camps before board and entrance exams.
