Internal test results must be kept confidential
What the Bill says
A coaching centre shall not make public the result of any assessment test it conducts. Results are to be used only for systematic improvement, and a student whose performance is deteriorating must be given counselling.
Why it matters
Pairs with the batch-segregation ban. Needs clarity on whether sharing a student's own rank privately with that student and their parent is permitted.
